Rachel serves as Director of Care Partner Program for Her PLAN. She works to implement the Her Care Partnership Pilot Program, an initiative designed to enhance the support provided to women and families through life-affirming pregnancy centers. Rachel seeks to understand the unique needs of pregnancy centers and the women they serve. She works with the Her PLAN team and Care Partnership sites to create a comprehensive program to equip centers to walk with moms in need of extensive support through a compassion driven approach. Rachel brings her experience in pregnancy center work and adoption assistance, as well as her work with Her PLAN’s state program, to support centers in this next level of care.
