Sixty percent of women who had an abortion said they wouldn’t have if they’d received more emotional or financial support. Most of these women are already single moms living in poverty, afraid they can’t feed the children already at their kitchen table or dependent on an abusive partner for shelter.

Pregnancy centers, churches, and neighbors are already showing up. But meeting complex needs like housing, childcare, transportation, and mental health support is hard to do alone. Too often the resources they need are hard to find, unavailable, or over capacity.

Her PLAN strengthens local support networks and helps communities work together to fill those gaps — so that when she needs help, her community is ready to give it.
