In her role as Deputy Director, Lindsey assists the State Program Director in leading the Her PLAN State Coordinator Team to advance life-affirming collaboration.

With more than a decade of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Lindsey has dedicated her career to advocating for individuals, families, and communities through compassionate, evidence-based care. Her work across diverse settings has allowed her to provide direct support and champion initiatives that promote dignity and respect for all. Over the past five years, she has moved into management and leadership, where she has developed and launched innovative programs, trained teams, mentored professionals, and established quality standards that ensure meaningful, lasting outcomes. Her leadership is grounded in collaboration, vision, and a deep belief in the value of human life.

Beyond her professional work, she has been married to her husband for 16 years, and together they are raising four children. Her faith and close relationship with God guide every aspect of her life, shaping how she leads, serves, and nurtures others. With God and family at the center of her world, she cherishes opportunities to travel and spend meaningful time with loved ones.
