As Directory Manager, Carol aids in developing, refining, and overseeing the Her PLAN Directory Division. This includes management of the Her PLAN directory database and operational needs such as training, equipping, and guiding the Her PLAN Directory Analyst Team. Carol is passionate about advocating for women and families and connecting them with comprehensive care and support. Her experience working at a pregnancy center in North Florida and as a case manager for One More Child has uniquely prepared her for her role at Her PLAN.
