In her role as Director of Client Care, Pam administers the Her PLAN Case Management project from development through implementation.  She has many years of leadership experience in the field of maternal child health, case management and home visiting.  She is excited to expand access to life-affirming services through case management and expanding opportunities for women, children and families to thrive across the life span.
