Her PLAN Releases 2025 Annual Report
Her PLAN’s 2025 Annual Report details a year of mobilizing local communities to serve the unborn and their mothers.
The report details Her PLAN’s impact for moms, babies, and those who serve them in communities across the country. Through the Her Community initiative, 874 community members engaged in 182 community actions that resulted in 3,045 women and families receiving care they would not have otherwise. In 2025, Her PLAN mobilized 14 Her Communities across 11 states who developed real solutions for abortion-vulnerable women including: the opening of a new maternity home in Washington County, Nebraska; free oil changes for moms served by the local pregnancy center in Lakeland, Florida; and a ‘meals in a bag’ initiative providing recipes and ingredients for families in the Ohio Valley impacted by the October government shutdown.
Her PLAN increases access to resources that sustain a woman’s decision for life. Our dedicated team mobilizes every day pro-life individuals, organizations looking to make an impact in their community, and providers who work with abortion-vulnerable women to collaborate to meet the specific needs of vulnerable moms and babies in their communities.
In 2025, Her PLAN launched the Her Care Partnership Pilot Program to provide advanced support for women and families through life-affirming pregnancy centers. Clients with the greatest needs often require more intense support to overcome the circumstances that drove them to consider abortion. Her Care Partners complete advanced training provided by Her PLAN and use Her PLAN’s custom case management software to guide them as they provide care.
Her PLAN Executive Director, Autumn Christensen, did an exclusive interview with National Review’s Kathryn Jean Lopez on the pilot program, sharing early impact and vision for the pilot program’s next steps.
Her PLAN’s annual report also covers work completed in local communities to strengthen the pro-life safety net for moms and their children. Highlights include:
- 3,045 women and families received care they would not have otherwise through Her PLAN’s Her Community Initiative.
- Community partners in states across the country stepped up and collaborated with local businesses to provide oil changes and car maintenance for vulnerable moms to address one of their top four significant needs: transportation.
- Her PLAN recruited a life-affirming, pre-natal specialist to step in when a Nebraska pregnancy center needed a medical director, enabling the center to offer additional medical services to their clients.
Her PLAN’s work responds to the reality that 60% of women who had an abortion would not have if they had received more material or emotional support. Providing this needed support allows women to make the choice they want to make — the choice for life and the choice to become the mom they want to be. Her PLAN also responds to the growing and dangerous prevalence of abortion drugs which now constitute 63% of abortions in America. When Her Community walks beside her with the support she needs, she can maintain her daily resolve for life despite the looming threat of the drugs.
