Katie Rose serves as West Virginia Community Development Coordinator for Her PLAN, helping local communities strengthen the pro-life safety in their area. Rose is a sixth generation West Virginia native and currently resides in her hometown of Martinsburg. She graduated from University of Richmond law school in 2023 and worked for Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin before joining the staff of Representative Riley Moore (R-WV). In between these positions, Katie Rose won the title of Miss Virginia 2023 and spent the year traveling the state and raising awareness for her platform of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking prevention.
